ARCODIC is a one-person operation. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit this site or get in touch, and what I do (and don't do) with it.

Information I collect

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers. I only receive information you choose to give me directly, for example when you email me, message me on WhatsApp, or reach out through a contact link. That's typically your name, contact details, and whatever you tell me about your project.

How I use it

I use the information you send me to reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver your project, and handle any billing or admin tied to that work. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with third parties except where a service needs it to do its job, for example a hosting or domain provider you've asked me to set up on your behalf.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel logs standard request data (such as IP address and browser information) for security and performance purposes. I don't have access to this beyond aggregate, anonymised traffic stats.

How long I keep it

I keep correspondence and project details for as long as they're relevant to our engagement, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@arcodic.com and I'll sort it out directly, no forms or ticketing systems.

Children's privacy

This site and ARCODIC's services aren't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
